First Actual Gig in Hong Kong

11.1  ---  This evening I had my first actual payed gig in Hong Kong, at the Wanch.  Put that one down in the record records.  Even though it wasn't payed that much, and we were one of 3 bands for the night, it was still pretty cool.  We were supposed to have this gig on the 15th but we had to push it to the 1st because I had a conflict with one of my evening midterm exams.  So it was kind of a rush to learn 15 songs in five days, and we could only be so good with one rehearsal.  We managed to pull it off and everybody had a good time.  Some other exchange students came out to support us, and Lexi, an American girl we met a few weeks ago sang on a few songs.  We call ourselves GroGoGuy, because our band is made up of me, Reeve Groman, Joven Goce, and Guy.  Life's been busy here with midterms, so blog updates have been less frequent.

video from the performance.  Sound quality is very poor because the camera distorted the sound.
